Aratas Legacy Library: The Last Drop — A Five-Course Wine Dinner
Join us for one final toast as we celebrate Aratas Legacy Library: The Last Drop, an unforgettable five-course wine dinner honoring two decades of harvest memories, friendships and remarkable vintages.
This ultimate library event will uncork some of the most treasured Aratas wines — each bottle a reflection of a unique year, shaped by sun-blessed vineyards, memorable meals, glorious days in wine country and the moments that made the journey unforgettable. Through earthquakes, wildfires, harvest seasons and shared tables, these wines tell a story worth raising a glass to.
Chef Chris Long and the Second Street culinary team will pair each course with a special Aratas selection, creating a heartfelt evening of food, wine and memories. From Oak Knoll Sauvignon Blanc to library reds including 2013 FHB Reserve, 2011 Shake Ridge Ranch Petite Sirah, 2008 Napa Valley Petite Sirah and 2021 Veneration, every pour is part of a final celebration of the people, places and seasons behind the wine.
The time has come to let the sun set on this final season, and we are sincerely “grapeful” to everyone who has supported the fruits of this labor along the way. Here’s to good things, great friends and a fine wine to toast them all.
