After More Than 40 Years of Serving The Community, Second Street is Entering a New Chapter…

Chef Chris Long, after 20 years with the restaurant, becomes Managing Partner.

As the restaurant moves forward, founders John & Mickey Chohany will remain involved while Chef Chris Long steps into a new leadership role as Managing Partner after more than 20 years of helping shape the Second Street experience. The transition marks an important milestone for the restaurant, while reinforcing the continuity that has made it a favorite among generations of diners.

“This is a moment to celebrate not just where Second Street has been, but the people who have made it what it is,” said Mickey Chohany. “The heart of this restaurant has always been the team — from the kitchen and the dining room to our management — and that spirit will continue to guide us in this next chapter.”
